Volcano Italian Turkey Burgers

CAROLYN SAYS:  "If you want to get fancy, you can substitute ciabatta bread or an English muffin for the whole-wheat buns."

1-1/2 pound lean ground turkey
1/2 cup cilantro, finely chopped
1 large red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 medium onion, finely chopped
2 tablespoons Volcano Italian Sauce
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon Wildfire Sauce
7 whole wheat hamburger buns

Prepare grill.

Mix together turkey, cilantro, bell pepper, onion, Volcano Italian Sauce, cumin, Wildfire Sauce, and salt and pepper to taste until well combined. Form into 1/2 inch thick patties and grill on a lightly oiled rack set 5 to 6 inches over glowing coals for 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through. Burgers can also be cooked in batches in a well seasoned ridged grill pan. Serve burgers on buns
